Remote support HC Center offers safe and accessible technical support anywhere in the world. We can start a remote control session in less than 30 seconds. This is a way to save money and time, improve responsiveness and widen the circle of happy clients.
Short instructions on how to access and use the remote support software for HC Center’s clients:
Click on the icon below to download the HC Support software on your desktop and connect with the support team. A dialog box appears prompting you to download the program. Choose the option Save. Confirm the location Save/Save to Desktop and contact the IT specialist of your choice or call this number: +386 1 58 62 451.
Run the HC Support client that has been saved to your Desktop.
The IT specialist will tell you a unique session ID you should type in the HC Support software, then click on Connect.
The connection is established and the following window appears: “Do you want to share your Desktop ?” and then click on Share.
Use the menu bar at the top of the screen to regain control and stop support by clicking on “Stop sharing”.
