About us
HC Center, established in 2001, focuses on providing rental and support services for IT infrastructure that Slovenian companies need to maintain a leading role in IT modernization. Since its inception, the company has been investing in IT technologies that enable the development of high-performance and secure systems. This includes HC Cloud – our first investment in private cloud infrastructure in Slovenia – as well as various digitalization solutions based on cloud IT services.
In 2025, HC Center merged with Mainstream, the leading provider of public and private cloud solutions in Southeast Europe. This partnership, built on a shared vision of growth, brings a unique offering: a full range of cloud options – from global providers like AWS and Azure to private cloud infrastructure. Together, HC Center and Mainstream operate 11 data centers across the region, including two with synchronous replication in Slovenia. This capacity, combined with HC Center’s diverse portfolio of digitalization and cybersecurity solutions, delivers the highest value offering.

Creditworthiness
In 2016, 2017 and 2018, we received the AAA Golden Creditworthiness Certificate of Excellence attesting to HC Center’s business excellence. Only an average of 1.98% of legal subjects in Slovenia received this certificate.
To us, this certificate is proof of our respect for all stakeholders and professional business relations, which are key to achieving this kind of success.
Quality and Information security management
In 2020, we received two important international certificates, i.e. ISO 9001 for Quality management systems and ISO 27001 for Information security management systems, both of which we successfully renew every year.
The ISO 9001 certification represents a guarantee of customer satisfaction. Obtaining this certification confirms our commitment to quality at all levels of our operations. We place particular emphasis on professional customer service, reliable communication, adherence to deadlines and legal requirements, and the continuous reduction of complaints. We plan, implement, and monitor quality processes, which enables a proactive approach to error prevention. We are committed to continuous improvement, contributing to the satisfaction of customers, business partners, and employees, as well as to the successful operation and growth of the company.
The ISO 27001 certification represents assurance of information protection and security. Data protection is of key importance to our customers and our business. Obtaining this certification confirms that we manage information security in accordance with the highest standards.
